Get thank you page redirected and notice of sale, but no ebook download
Just joined and uploaded first ebook for purchase. Purchased my own full price ebook and was properly redirected to my thank you page and also received a notice of the sale. Have clicked on the 'Click here to retreive your download' several times and it just delivers me to my thank you page - no download, no email with a link, nada. HELP please? MORE»

Authorize.net questions / problem
Since I am very new to authorize.net I am hoping to confirm I've set up everything properly on my end. First, I knew I needed the Payment Gateway for Credit Card Processing option. What I wasn't sure about was if I needed the Internet Merchant Account for Credit Card Processing option too. Since I did not already have a financial institution or bank account that would handle these transactions, I assumed I'd need to select this option too. I hope that wasn't a mistake. It would very helpful if E-Junkie would include some additional information on the sign-up page for Authorize.net about this. In any event, everything seemed to work out great. Though after entering the API login information and then testing the checkout option I get an error page that says, "2, 205, This transaction has been declined, click here to go back". I've contacted Authorize.net about this with a ticket, but haven't had a response yet. Has anyone ever determined what causes this error? Hopefully I got everything set.. MORE»

Questions to Optimize Customer Experience
Hi there, I was on a site that was using e-junkie yesterday (I run e-junkie on my own sites as well), and checked out in a process that was much different than the experience my customers have. My customers click an "add to cart" button, and that takes them to a newly opened page, with the shopping cart info at the top. When I was going through this guys checkout process, after clicking the button, it opened a popup on top of the current page, neatly centered, and faded the previous screen in the background. That was pretty cool and I was wondering how that was done. Additionally, I saw that a coupon code was already added on, without my ever having to put in a coupon code myself. How was that done too? Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!!! MORE»

Error - "The product is out of stock"
Check your product by going to Seller Admin>View/Edit/Delete Product, select the product and click Edit. On the first edit screen look to see if you have Inventory Control enabled. If you do then click Next to get to the More Options screen. On the More Options page in the upper right is an option for Limit Product Sales to, this is your Inventory Control, if you do not have a number in here, then our system will read that you do not have any product in stock. And will give your buyers a message that the product is out of stock. Since you are selling a download, you can also just disable the Inventory Control option. MORE»

Multiple Download Links per product
TysonAll of the download links we issue work pretty much the same in re: being unique to each transaction, only good for the file(s) purchased, only valid for the time period and number of attempts you specify, and cloaking your remote file URL when you are hosting the file yourself rather than uploading it to our server. Hi Tyson I have a digital downloadable product and once it's been purchased I want to send the buyer a unique link, I think it's great that you offer this is a standard part of your service. What do I need to do in my seller admin to do this? (I mean what needs to be checked unchecked etc) Thanks in advance for your help it's really appreciated. Regards seanmd1 MORE»
