shopping cart won't open on my site
I've done something to override the java script on view cart so that
clicking on the buy button takes the buyer to a separate e-junkie
window. Not having much familiarity with HTML I can't trouble shoot.
I was doing fine--cart was opening up on my site, but then something
happened. You can probably look at code and see the problem.

Grabbing completed transaction information
How can I grab the information from a completed transacction and put
them into my application(s) at the time of the transaction (and also
allow another e-junkie user to do so easily by adding a script/URL)
into an accounting app and another marketing solution I am building
from scratch to work with my e-junkie account.
I"ve looked at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.integration.htm
but I guess I'm wondering if there is instruction/guideline on how to
build the consuming service to get the information?
I plan on writing it in Ruby on Rails. MORE»

where do I get codes
There isnt a cust service number by any chance is there? I have 2
really easy questions and I think I will be ready to get this started.
I will be setting up all of my clients affiliate stores for them.
Once I sign them up where do I get their codes? I just tested it by
setting myself up as an affiliate and it gave me a code right away and
now I cant find the code in my admin section.
My other question is how do I set up the affiliate code so that I can
put their affiliate store as a link in the drop down menu of their
website.
for example my code was...
<a
href="https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?cl=91640&c=ib&aff=9164
0" target="ejejcsingle">Click here to visit
Sponsored Fighter.</a>
I can paste this link anywhere on a site and it will say "click
here to visit sponsored fighter" but is there a way to associate
that code with banners and just a direct link on my site?
I really appreciate any help and even though I have some crazy
questions.. MORE»

my first page? I dont even know if this question wil make sense -

discount not working
I just set up a discount on a new product, and it isn't working! This
has never happened to me before. I deleted the discount and recreated
it, same thing. It's a flat discount and I use a Buy Now button with a
discount box, but the shopping cart doesn't recognize the discount. Is
there a glitch going on? I had to change the price of the product,
because I just sent out a notice to 6400 people!
Thanks,

hello, how can i get e-junkie to remember my customers?
Thanks for your response Chef!
We were looking to have e-junkie use the buyer's first name - for
example - "welcome Back [Name]"
additionally, we need to be able to send a different Thank you message
at the completion of the transaction to previous customers versus
brand new ones.
ideally, it would be great to have e-junkie know whether the user is
logged into the site and then tailor its behavior based on this.
Is that a bit more clear? MORE»

Shipping Calculator & Discounts: New & Upgraded Features!
John, this is what you need to do.
Since you are restricting the country to USA already, just delete your
"US only" USPS rules and add it for "all
countries". That will solve the issue. MORE»

New E-junkie Cart Shipping Settings
OK, so on the Shipping Rules page, use the Shipping Rate Calculator
drop down to choose Flat. Set the amount at $23 and leave the
description blank. Leave the Country drop down set as All Countries,
the more specific US rule will overrule the ones we are now making.
Now in the Max Items in Cart field enter in 5 and then click Submit.
For the second rule, once again set the Shipping Rate Calculator to
Flat and set the amount to $46. Then, just set the Min. Items in Cart
to 6 and click Submit. MORE»
