Custom training reins that have been designed by John Lyons. These reins are extra soft on the rider's hands and allows excellent feel of the horse's mouth.

They do not stretch like many rope reins on the market today; therefore, the rider feels the moment the horse relaxes and gives to the bit.

The round or continuous rein is designed to give the rider more control over horses which are spooky and harder to handle.

This 10' rein is perfect for most horses. (12' reins are also available for large horses; click on the link at the top of this page marked "Tack.")

Available in four colors/patterns: gold, black, white with blue flecks, and bright blue with white flecks. (Note: the gold reins are a tad softer and thicker than the black reins.)

Each rein set comes with the leather portion which attaches rein to bit as pictured above. They attach via Chicago screws; we advise putting a drop of clear nail polish in there when first attached. That'll hold it tight till you want to make a change, then they're easily swapped with the aid of a flat head screwdriver.
