The RISC OS 4.02 ROMs will upgrade a Risc PC or A7000 to the RISC OS 4 level providing approximately 25% speed improvement over RISC OS 3.7 (or earlier versions).

Further enhancements provided by RISC OS 4.02 include support for long filenames, and greater than 77 files per directory.
