This is the leasing agreement contract that our associate photographers sign when they come to work for us as an Independant Contractor. They only sign this if they are using equipment which we have provided.

We suggest taking this contract to your attorney to review so that it fits your business. However, having this as a starting point will save you hundreds of dollars in attorney fees!
