This is our booking Contract. Our clients sign this contract when they are booking MHP for their wedding coverage. This contract is formatted to be copied into ShootQ or any other booking system. It also can be easily adjusted as a paper contract. This contract comes as a zip file with both a PDF and Word document format

We've been in the wedding industry for 10 years. I've experienced many things during that time, some which I wish I had known to include in my contract, others which I was fortunate enough to have stated. After numerous meetings with our attorney, some unfortunate circumstance (which we have learned a lot from), wedding cancellations, date changes, technical difficulties, and more. We created this contract to protect both the client and the photographer and we feel it is currently the best contract on the market for wedding photographers. It's cost us a couple thousand dollars in attorney fees (with meetings and revisions) just to create so $125 is quite a deal!

We suggest that you have your attorney review this contract to adjust it for your business but it's a great start and leaves you paying a lot less in attorney fees. Enjoy!
