Perhaps, I should go through PayPay about this problem. This afternoon I received an email at 3:55pm from eBay of a download purchase. At 4:09 the customer wanted to know how to go about downloading. I have not received an email notification of the payment from PayPal (which makes me think this may be a PayPal problem). However, when I checked my account, the payment had been received, and the action column showed a "Print shipping label" button which does not appear on eBay download purchases. Today, I had changed the title of the download listing to "TKT PAYROLL SOFTWARE-FREE 2008 Tax Tables DOWNLOAD NOW!" on eBay and on e-junkie.com. Could this be the problem?

To get the customer their download link, I used the send free download link feature on e-junkie.

Can you please double check the title and make sure that you don't have double spaces or anything in the item title?

If you view the listing on eBay, you won't see any double space in the title as browsers don't show double spaces in HTML, so you'll need to go to edit listing to confirm this.

Also, since you mention that you did not receive a notification from PayPal, the problem could also be that PayPal dropped the ball one this on and did not send us an IPN (it happens!)
