However I'd like to ask what your policy is on "adult" content. I say adult, but it wouldn't be anything x-rated – just bikini photos (I'm a photographer), and possibly topless shots similar to those on my website. I would also be looking to use it for video (large 400mb or so) downloads.

If your products are legal, you have selling rights for them and your payment processors (PayPal, Google Checkout) have no problem with them, then you can use E-junkie to sell them.
