I have a "hop link" affiliate option enabled for my product. Customer clicks on the link of my affiliate. The Hop-link sends them to my sales page. Some people pay me via E-junkie buttons that I have on my site and affiliates get credited for those.

Other people send me a paper check. I send them the Thank You email with a link. So they click on the link there and get to the e-junkie TY-page.

Does the affiliate tracking work with that? Is the cookie triggered in the thank you page there? Will my affiliates get credit for those sales?

Our affiliate system does not work with manual payments as we don't use 'thank you" page for affiliate tracking since it is not a reliable method.
