I just had a purchase made through ebay that did not give the seller the download link after he made the payment. Buyer has a Non-U.S. - Verified paypal account and details of the transaction show he made an instant payment. Ebay showed the payment as pending. This is the first non-US buyer I have had with digital delivery. All the US buyers purchases went fine. What caused this error to happen and how do I fix this?

It's your PayPal settings which are blocking the payment. When you accept the payment, PayPal will ask and save your preference for such future payments.

E-junkie will process the sale as usual once you accept the payment.
