The affiliate payout says it's through PayPal, but my payment processor is Google. Has this just not been updated to include GooglePay or does this mean I can't use the affiliate program unless I use PayPal as my payment processor?

At the end of the month, we generate mass payment files which you can use to pay your affiliates using PayPal. If you want to pay them using some other method, that's up to you.

The payment processor you are using to accept money has no relation to the method you use to pay your affiliates.
