I want to change the price of my ebook that your service distributes for me. What do I have to do to accomplishe this. Do I make the change on your site, or do I have to make some changes on the Paypal site as well.

You only need to edit it in E-junkie Admin > Edit Product if you are using our buttons to sell the product.

If you are selling on eBay, then the price will need to be changed in the eBay listing.

When I change the price of a product, does the script change? Will I need to copy and edit the code every time I change the price?

Only if you are using the "Let buyers edit price" setting with a Suggested Price. Otherwise, changing your product price will not change your purchase button codes.
