I have around 60 doctors that I coach that I will want to be able to access the information and download it for free but of course I want everyone else to pay for the stuff.
Can I have some type of promo code or something that they can use to download the info for free?
If so can I have a code for each doc I want to be able to get it for free and then take that code out of the system when I no longer want them to get it for free??

You can create discounts from Admin> Discounts. For 100% discount codes, your buyers can checkout for free.
You can also limit discounts to 1 use.
