accurate address always balls buyer cart charges check checks default google google-checkout information location paypal re-calculate result screen selling shipping soccer

I am selling soccer balls using e-junkie. When someone checks out with Paypal the shipping charges are accurate, however when they check out with Google is always charges $4.60. Do you know why this is? Do I have a default set up somehow?

On Google Checkout screen we re-calculate the shipping based on buyer's default address. If you enter the same location information in the cart, you will get the same result as you see on the Google Checkout screen.
