I would like to be a reseller of your service. I have signed up for this but do I have to use your service and pay a suscription to your service in order to keep this going. If not how do I tell you my paypal account info without setting up a store.

No you do not need ot pay a subscription. You can enter the PayPal email in Admin > Profile to let us know your paypal account info.
