I just subscribed to the $5 per month subscription service to sell digital media through your site. However, I want to know will you automatically take out the $5 every month from the account designated on my paypal, or will an alert be sent every month? Also, is there any way I can pay for the whole year now? I look forward to you prompt response.

Yes, our subscription is a recurring monthly payment which PayPal will send us each month.

We have not provision for annual payments.
