I am not selling anything online at the moment so how can I suspend my account while I resolve some issues with ebay? Should I just cancel my e-junkie account for now and sign up at a later date when I am ready to use your service again? # POSTED ON: December 10, 2007 @ 15:37 GMT -7 |

Sure, however when you subscribe again after the grace period is over, your products will not be available and you'll have to add them again. # POSTED ON: December 10, 2007 @ 15:37 GMT -7 |

So, is there a way to just 'suspend' an account without canceling it? This would make things much easier to restart an account if one wanted to just suspend for 2-3 months at a time. (for seasonal reasons) # POSTED ON: September 30, 2008 @ 08:26 GMT -7 |

Do you basically want to keep paying subscription but just want _all_ products to be unavailable for purchase? # POSTED ON: September 30, 2008 @ 10:33 GMT -7 |

No, I just want to stop making a monthly payment while my product is out of season. I know that I could simply cancel the account - but then, when I want to begin selling again in 3 months, I would have to go through the the process of setting up a new account and uploading my product (an e-book) to E-Junkie again. It would be much easier if I could just suspend my monthly account payment (and sales) until I need to start selling again and avoid starting from scratch. # POSTED ON: September 30, 2008 @ 10:58 GMT -7 |

PayPal provides no way to suspend a subscription BUT If you cancel and subscribe within 12 months, you account will be restored to the exact state it was in, so you will not have to repeat anything # POSTED ON: September 30, 2008 @ 13:08 GMT -7 |
