We are considering using your service for our site. My question pertains to the Digital storage & delivery for files & code - You state that our files would be stored on your server. In the event we redisign and move to a different e-commerce engine, would our files be portable?

"Portable" does not apply in true sense to digital items. You will have your own local copy of files that you can upload to the new service.
