aol aspect blocking domainkeys download email emails example filter hosts issues links problems reliable service similar spam specifically spf white-listed

Do you guys ever have problems with people not getting their download links or such emails going to spam? I'm looking for a very reliable service in that aspect.

For example, AOL is known for blocking certain emails. Have you had any issues with emails to AOL and/or other similar email hosts?

We don't often hear about our emails going to spam filter as we use SPF, DomainKeys and are specifically white-listed with AOL.
