I didn't cancel my subscription

I received a message from Paypal that I "successfully cancelled" my e-junkie account subscription. I didn't try to cancel it, so I"m not sure why this happened. The only thing I can think of is that I recently changed the credit cards I use with Paypal (one had expired and I added a new one today). Can you please help me re-instate my account?

You can subscribe from Admin > Start Subscription in any date before the date till which you account is already paid for (you can see that date in Admin > Summary.)
