Separate shopping carts

We are looking for implementing our shop with e-junkie. It will consist of two different type of products - one from us which we sell them directly, another one is affiliate program from e-junkie.

One difficulty we could see from this setup is the shopping cart. It seems that different affiliate and seller shopping cart cannot be integrated together. Do you have any solution for this?

If you are using "direct sale" code affiliate code from an E-junkie merchant along with your own E-junkie cart buttons, they will both create separate carts.

The only way to avoid that will be to link to the merchant (whose affiliate program you've joined) using "hop link" code for their program rather than using a direct sale button.
