It looks like Google checkout does not allow our customers to purchase without creating a Google account. Is this true? We still need to know why our company name, address and phone number appear under "Order Details" at the top of the shopping cart form. Is there a way to take that information off of the "Order Detail" page?

Both your issues are not something which we can control. That's the way Google Checkout works (users need to have or create a Google account and there is no way to remove merchant info from the checkout page). Sorry :(
