I decided I would just host the oldest products on my own server to free up storage space for the newest products. This helps with the 500MB limit, but I ran into another stumbling block. There doesn't actually seem to be a way to *delete* product files to free up space. Deleting the whole product listing is not an option because I really don't want to go back and manually change 20+ E-Junkie cart links after deleting old products and re-listing them. So, is there any chance you can add a "delete product file" button to the product data entry page? It'd let me free up space for newer stuff. # POSTED ON: December 23, 2007 @ 14:55 GMT -7 |

There are some technical issues due to which we can't add that feature BUT a very simple workaround is to upload any 1 KB dummy file and that will free up the space. # POSTED ON: December 23, 2007 @ 14:56 GMT -7 |
