buyer bypass check customize customized download email form free information list over page sign text

I need to find out how to customize or even just add a line of text in the E-Junkie 'Buyer Information' Form Page that people go through with a free check out.

I'm already asking people to sign up for an email list for a free download, and this step seems like they're having to enter their information all over again.

Let me know how I can customize or bypass this E-Junkie 'Buyer Information' Page.
