blank cart code confusing customer example experiencing extra fixed help links open opening page pop problems seperate site web

I am now live on my site, but I am experiencing problems with some add to cart links not opening in the "pop in", but on a new page

For example, on this page I have 6 add to cart links - 3 open in the pop in 3 on a seperate web page
