119 120 account added adds allow along amount cart charge checkbox checked click configured cost costs downloadable downloads enabled fix goods included increases listed next override paypal problem product products profile settings shipping table tangible tier total transaction-based values

I've added my downloadable products and my tangible products along with a shipping cost table (for the tangible goods). The problem is...if I add a tangible products to my cart and then downloadable products...it adds shipping costs based on the total amount. It should not add shipping for the downloadable products.

So if my shipping table looks like the following:

1.00 - 29.99 $2.50
30.00 - 59.99 $4.00
60.00 - 89.99 $6.00
90.00 - 119.99 $8.00
120.00 $10.00

And I add two tangible products to the cart and the total is $25.00 my shipping cost is $2.50...that works. If I then add a a downloadable product for $8.99 that takes my total to $33.99...it increases my shipping cost to the next tier which is $4.00. I can't charge people shipping for downloads. Can you let me know what I need to do to fix this so that only tangible products are included in the shipping? Thanks.

That means you have shipping settings configured in your PayPal account. For E-junkie to override those, make sure the checkbox ["Click here to allow transaction-based shipping values to override the profile shipping settings listed above (if profile settings are enabled)."] at the bottom of your PayPal shipping profile is checked.
