I am customizing the Thank You page and at the moment the Standard Ejunkie heading (company logo and "powered by E-Junkie" are interfering with the look of the thank you page. Any way to remove these?

Ah! sorry about that but there is no documented way to remove those.

Is there an undocumented way?

I am hosting the Thank you page on my website and using an IFRAME to bring in the download link. Seems a bit of a waste of time if I can't remove the standard Ejunkie logos.

We don't show any "logos" on that page. We only say "powered by E-junkie" in a very tiny font :)

Of course we don't encourage or appreciate anybody trying to remove that from our thank you page.

You can try CSS or JS on that page to remove that line but of course you will have to figure that out on your own ;)

Well, I think that is a mis-judgement. At least it should be optional - I'd be happy to add this text but it just doesn't work very well in the top right of the page.

It seems strange that you allow so much customization but not this last part. Similarly you charge for the service, but then want a link-back on the last page. I for one would be prepared to pay more but have everything completely seamless.

I do appreciate your input but currently we can not currently make displaying "powered by e-junkie" optional.

The reason why it might be looking weird to you is that you have a "blank" image uploaded as your logo.

Yes, good point - any ideas how I remove my logo completely?

Sorry - I'm not sure if I was clear.

I am trying to remove my logo on the Thank you page. I tried to put up a 'blank' image as there doesn't seem to be an option to delete your logo or to use the default one.

Thanks, Geoff

There is no default logo. Either we show the merchant name that you enter in profile or the logo you upload.
