I have a Yahoo store and want to do large downloads. I don't quite understand how to incorporate your product and still checkout via the Yahoo store itself.

You can't do that. The only way to use E-junkie on a Yahoo Store will be to paste our button code in product description, if you can enter HTML there. If you can not enter HTML there, you can simply take the purchase URL from our ADD TO CART buttons and paste it there.
