Using ClickBank and E-Junkie

I am trying to sell my e-Book via ClickBank using E-Junkie to deliver. I'm not understanding how the two work together - Do I need a E-Junkie thank you page? Do you have a button that has credit card images or just the shopping cart button?

You do not need to create a thank you page and we provide your the button. Complete steps for integration with ClickBank are provided at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/selling-with-clickbank.php

# Press SUBMIT/NEXT till you reach the button code screen. Select the BUY NOW button tab and select ClickBank. Copy the button code and paste it in your website.

Where exactly am I supposed to paste the button code into my website and this code in html? So far I haven't been able to find it.

I found the button code and now the ClickBank box to check in order to get the code.
