I want to be sure that the way the process works is that the payment is complete in paypal before you release anything to the customer.
Also your host space under pricing is 50MB for $5.00 a month and I only have one product(ebook). Is that 50 mB how big the ebook is? Please let me know.

That is correct, we release the product only after the payment is complete in paypal.
50 MB is the disk space alloted to you for the $5 plan. You will have no trouble uploading your ebook if it's file size is within that limit.
