I want to upload my logo to my account. I understand that I need to place a link to you on my website but even when I do that it won't let me upload one.

What exactly do I need to do?

You need to place the reseller button code on your site. Once you see our button on your site, logo upload will be enabled for you.

How long does this usually take? It's been a few hours since I placed the reseller logo on my page, but still get the error message :(

As long as you pasted your Reseller button link code to a live Web page and viewed that page at least once, it should unlock the Upload Your Logo feature.

However, there does currently seem to be a problem with our tracking for Reseller Button views, which we rely upon to unlock the Upload Your Logo feature. I'll have to assign this matter to Development for investigation, with our apologies for any inconvenience.

Still no luck almost after a week.
