I got an notice with the following information:
If you are using PayPal, please make sure the following settings under Website Payment Preferences are at their default values in your PayPal Profile. Auto return: Off. Block Non-encrypted Website Payment: Off PayPal Account Optional: On. If you do have 'Auto return' set to 'On', then please set 'Payment Data Transfer' to 'On' as well. I do not see a section for Website Payment Preferences. So how do I make those changes?

These settings are in your PayPal account's profile. The settings we need are the default setting so you don't need to worry about this.
