Problem with emails and SPF Checking

There's a problem with emails (with download links) sent from e-junkie site. The "From" field is set to my e-junkie account, and those emails are bounced from any email server with SPF checking enabled (most of them these days). I could not find the option in Admin to change "From" field, and changing my domain's SPF records and adding your email server as permitted sender is not an option. Is there a way to get "From" field to be correctly set to a valid email address for e-junkie email server, or some other workaround? At the moment, this is the only problem that is preventing me from taking my small e-shop online. Thank you in advance.

The emails we send comply with the standards as we include our e-junkie email address in the "sender" header. The SPF check should not fail, but if it is failing then modifying
your domain's SPF record is the only option.
