10548 accepted accepting account agreement cards configuration credit error invalid issue mention merchant order page paypal paypal-pro process processed received sale transaction transactions troubleshooting

I have an issue with accepting credit cards. I've done a test sale and received the following error. What do I have to do in order to make this work?!

" 10548 Invalid Configuration This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant\'s account is not able to process transactions.Error"

This means that you have not accepted PayPal Pro Agreement in your PayPal account. Our troubleshooting page does mention this.
