account anybody choosing country customize default edit france german germany help indivudually language nobody option page payment paypal possibility preferences product showing

Is it possible to customize the default country showing up on the paypal payment page?

I know you can do this for the language per product by choosing &lc=DE (e.g. for German),

but I have not found an option that the default country is Germany for one product, and France for another. The default country seems to be the 'Edit account preferences' so whatever language/product, there can only be one default country and no possibility to customize for each product indivudually?

Sorry, nobody could help me yet (see above). Anybody has an idea?
