For PayPal, you will be selling with a Premier/Business Account, so you can always open another personal account to test purchasing. PayPal's TOS lets you have one Personal and one Premier/Business account.

For Google Checkout, you can open a Google Checkout Buyer Account apart from your regular Google Checkout account.
