I am using E-Junkie, is it possible for me to accept payments via PayPal AND Authorize.net? In other words, I'd like to give purchasers the option of using a Credit Card of paying via their PayPal account. It seems to me like I have to choose one or the other. Is it possible to offer both options?

Sure, you can use PayPal Standard and Authorize.Net but not PayPal Pro and Authorize.Net. In Admin > Cart Settings please enable PayPal standard (enabled by default) and Authorize.Net and enter the Authorize.Net credentials there.
