account cart create database free house information paypal product products require send server shopping solution sql

I have all of my products in my in house SQL Server database. Can I simply pass my product information to your shopping cart and have your cart send them to PayPal with out having to place each of my products in your database?

That will not be possible with E-junkie. However, our free solution, http://www.fatfreecart.com/ can be used to do that as it does not require you to create an account or add your products in our DB.
