I wish to use a buy now button on my site to allow client purchase places on training courses. Your service will allow this and even allow me specify the number of places on each course.

I also need them to complete an application form with name/address/email and some other details.

How can I have a button on my form that emails or saves the completed form then submits the transaction for payment to you/PayPal?

Actually, what you require is not related to the buy now or cart button. It's simply related to customizing the "thank you" page. You can add a form or any other HTML elements you want there.
