I have one product I'm selling with your system which priced for $18. Yesterday someone bought it for only $0.01 - how could it be?

Please advice what can I do to get the money from him and what can I do to prevent it in the future.

Our system does not process transactions (and thus does not deliver the product) in which a buyer has manipulated the price or currency or the payee account. If you see the transactions log in E-junkie Seller Admin, you won't find this transaction.
