added admin changed digital doen e-junkies ebay entered ignores ipn listings normally notification paid payment paypal process products unaffected url

I have changed my IPN and entered e-junkies url to process my digital ebay (paypal) listings. Will changing the IPN affect me getting paid normally through my other listings which are not doen through e-junkie?

Other listings and payments will stay unaffected. E-junkie ignores the IPN for products that are not added in our Admin.

Also, IPN is just a notification. It can never affect a payment.
