Hi! An e-check has cleared for us, on Feb. 1, yet no PayPal APN has been sent to us or apparently to you (to activate a sending of a stored PIN). Is this happening to others this last weekend? Problem??? Should I block the transaction with the transaction number and send PIN manually to cutomer or should we wait another day? I guess customer wouldn't have been notified either?? PayPal's having issues sending IPNs about cleared echeck payments. We've contacted them and you should do the same. I will recommend sending the code to the buyer using E-junkie Seller Admin > Send free thank you email.download link and adding the transaction ID in the blocked list so when and if PayPal sends us the IPN, buyer won't get another code. # POSTED ON: February 9, 2008 @ 22:30 GMT -7 |
