I am trying to figure out how to do end-to-end testing with paypal. I see that e-junkie does not support sandbox accounts and when I asked Merchant Techinal Support Integration at paypal for alternative ways besides a sandbox, they state the following:

"Well in this case than I would tell you to put on an item for $1 and test it."
However, that is not very good because I can not test that the prices are correct. Do you have any suggestions

You can do a test with real price and refund. Although, it's all the same if you temporarily reduce the price to 1 cent.
