How do you add expedited shipping options. Does anyone on your client list offer expedited shipping options for tangible goods so I can see how it works? We are looking to change your cart on our site. # POSTED ON: October 23, 2007 @ 21:37 GMT -7 |

we don't have multiple shipping options. One of our clients is doing it with multiple products, like: http://windmilltrading.com/Other_Gadgets_and_Gizmos/ Non_Contact_Infrared_Thermometer.htm # POSTED ON: October 23, 2007 @ 21:39 GMT -7 |

Question: Are there any plans to add this option to your service? And if so, when? Reason: Not having multiple shipping options really kills the E-junkie shopping cart service for me. I love everything about this service, except for the no multiple shipping options. Having to list the items multiple times will not only confuse your buyers, but will also drive up the costs of having the e-junkie shopping cart (cost per month goes up versus amount of items listed for sale). The former really defeating the purpose for getting the E-junkie shopping cart. I find it hard for a business to compete with other businesses when they only have one shipping option, especially when their competitors are offering multiple shipping options. You HAVE to be able to offer multiple shipping options to the people who want the cheapest shipping and the people who need it right now. Otherwise, you're loosing potential customers. # POSTED ON: November 2, 2007 @ 10:17 GMT -7 |

We are always improving various aspects of service. We realize this is an important one and it is on our roadmap. I can't provide you a date though. # POSTED ON: November 2, 2007 @ 11:30 GMT -7 |

Yes, you can now set up multiple Shipping Rules allowing the buyer to choose from different shipping methods: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.shipping.htm # POSTED ON: October 5, 2009 @ 19:30 GMT -7 |

Can my international customers have a first class mail or priority mail option? here's a substantial price difference, but I'm sure some would like the security of priority, while others would like the cheapest. # POSTED ON: November 30, 2009 @ 11:51 GMT -7 |

Sure, if you define more than one Shipping Rule for a given set of criteria (destination, order amount/size, etc.), then orders meeting those criteria will be offered a choice of shipping methods in their cart, sorted from cheapest to most expensive. BTW, bear in mind that First Class is typically only available for shipments under 13oz. # POSTED ON: November 30, 2009 @ 20:15 GMT -7 |
