This week E-junke failed to process several orders. Is there any way to trace this problem and solve it?

There is no word from PayPal account that. I'll suggest processing them manually and if you want, you can add the original transaction IDs in the "blocked" list from E-junkie Seller Admin so in case PayPal decides to send those, your buyers won't get another download link/code.
