accomplish cart customization donate effect essence free minimum page purchase solution wrote

In essence this is what I am trying to accomplish, I want people to know they can purchase it for $1.00 but they can certainly donate more. I wrote something up to that effect that they will read... so I guess I do want it to say "$1.00 minimum but feel free to donate more" or something like that... is that possible?
