2co audiobook bought checked clear complaining customer download e-mail function info integrated link notified notify offered page payment paypal pending process received sale sales she status thank-you

Yesterday one of our customer bought us an audiobook and never received the "download link" from e-junkie. She sent us an e-mail complaining. She used the PayPal payment function offered by 2CO. I checked and the status of the sale is still "pending"

Since 2CO does not "notify" us of sales and we integrated with them using whatever info they pass to the "thank you" page. E-junkie can not process "pending" payments from them as we won't get notified when they clear.
