I logged in to start providing the product buttons but was a little unsure as to what options to choose, Does ticking the download box mean that at the end of the process that after payment a customer is taken to a download page which I provide? That was the set up I had & have now disabled due to Internet fraud (someone started taking my manuals using a PayPal account belonging to another PayPal Client). This is now a police case instigated by PayPal & I have had to provide evidence relating to what the thief purchased to back up PayPal's case. PayDotCom was the download agent & it is that account I have terminated. # POSTED ON: February 13, 2008 @ 15:46 GMT -7 |

Yes, if you tick the download box the customer is taked to a download page at the end of payment process. For the problem you faced, you can enable download in the product and then enter a your site's URL or URL of a "thank you" page on your site in the "thank you URL" field in E-junkie Seller Admin > Preferences. That way, after the sale, buyer will be redirected to your website and to get the download, they'll have to use the download link we send them in the email. So they can't use anyone else's email. # POSTED ON: February 13, 2008 @ 15:48 GMT -7 |
