Yeah, but can my customer go through normal checkout and somehow E-junkie will detect the same Title , and gain all the information and sent the code.

We only detect title for eBay sales. If you plan to use E-junkie on your site, you will of course need to disable ZenCart's ecommerce capabilites and use it only as a CMS.
