How do I protect myself against paypal unconfirmed buyers from getting my codes? And I also want to limit 1 Code per buyer, Do you guys have these features?

Currently we don't have a feature where the code will not delivered to unverified buyers. There is also no way to limit one code per buyer. You can use a buy now button, rather than a cart button and that don't let the buyer edit the quantity but still, buyer can simply purchase more code via the buy now button again and again.
