How do you refund a customer? I don't see any way to refund a customer via E-Junkie.
Where is the the link?

You will need to refund payments from your PayPal or Google Checkout account.

I can easily refund a customer via PayPal, but what happens to their customized download links? Do they remain active and *usable* even after the refund? If so, how do I deactivate their unique download code(s) for the items refunded?

If a payment is refunded or reversed at PayPal's end, their system does notify ours of that fact, so we can automatically adjust your Transaction Log and deactivate any download links we'd issued for that order.

That's cool! I am happy to know this.
