How do you refund a customer? I don't see any way to refund a customer via E-Junkie. Where is the the link? # POSTED ON: October 23, 2007 @ 22:44 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: October 23, 2007 @ 22:44 GMT -7 |

You will need to refund payments from your PayPal or Google Checkout account. # POSTED ON: October 23, 2007 @ 22:44 GMT -7 |

I can easily refund a customer via PayPal, but what happens to their customized download links? Do they remain active and *usable* even after the refund? If so, how do I deactivate their unique download code(s) for the items refunded? # POSTED ON: November 5, 2010 @ 23:53 GMT -7 |

If a payment is refunded or reversed at PayPal's end, their system does notify ours of that fact, so we can automatically adjust your Transaction Log and deactivate any download links we'd issued for that order. # POSTED ON: November 8, 2010 @ 15:46 GMT -7 |

That's cool! I am happy to know this. # POSTED ON: November 8, 2010 @ 16:22 GMT -7 |
